RESPONSIBLE GAMING
Promoting responsible gambling is a priority of Pala Casino Spa & Resort. Since our opening in 2001, we have been committed to creating awareness of potential risks associated with gambling for some individuals and resources to help those individuals. Through our compact with the State of California in 2016, we have reaffirmed our commitment to assist Problem Gamblers. We pledge to promote responsible gaming; prevent underage gambling and unattended minors in our casino; serve alcoholic beverages responsibly; advertise responsibly; and to educate our Team Members in responsible gambling awareness.
Responsible Gaming Exclusion
A patron can request to have all privileges, including check cashing, extension of credit, mail, comps, club benefits, and play privileges denied. A patron with a responsible gaming exclusion is excluded from all parts of a facility, including gaming areas, gaming floors, restaurants, hotels, pavilions, entertainment venues, and any other parts of a casino. The self-exclusion request is irrevocable during the first year.
