Program Terms
By participating in the Pala Band of Mission Indians d/b/a Pala Casino Spa Resort (“Pala Casino, we, us, our” ) Pala Casino Privileges Program (“Program”), you (“Member, you, your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”). Eligibility for Membership
- Membership in the Program is free.
- To be enrolled in the Program, members must
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Provide at a minimum, full legal name, physical address, phone number, email, date of birth, and agree to abide by these Program Terms.
- To complete registrations and activate the Program membership, Member must appear in person at the Pala Casino Privileges Club and present valid, government-issued photo identification, acceptable to Pala Casino for proof of age in order to obtain a Program card and to redeem points.
General Terms
- Members may only have one (1) Program account. Duplicate accounts may be deleted at Pala Casinos sole discretion, and any benefits, including without limitation, points, Added Play, comps may be forfeited.
- The benefits of the Program are intended and solely for the use of the person listed on the account (“Member”) and are non-transferable (including upon death, divorce, or by operation of law).
- A Member may not allow any other person to use his or her Program card or access their account. Any benefits earned with a Member’s card or account used by another individual will be void, and Member’s account and all associated Program benefits are subject to termination. The Member is responsible for the use and activity on the card or account by another individual. All benefits associated with membership in Program, including, but not limited to, points, Added Play, complimentaries, and offers, have no cash value and may not be substituted or exchanged. Any jackpot won by a guest using another person’s card will not be paid. This includes the cards of spouses, relatives, and close friends.
- Each Member will be required to select a secure personal identification number (PIN) at the time of obtaining a card for accessing their account. It is the Member’s responsibility to safeguard and protect their card, PIN and account information.
- Pala Casino requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and team members in our resorts and apps. Pala Casino reserves the right to ban anyone and suspend any and all accounts of anyone exhibiting behavior, language or clothing that, at Pala Casinos discretion, is inconsistent with Pala Casinos Guest Behavior Standards.
- Program cards are the property of Pala Casino and must be returned immediately upon request of Pala Casino.
- Pala Casino and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Participating Properties”) are not responsible for the misuse of lost or stolen cards, or any losses arising out of or related to the use of Member’s account by any person other than Member, including without limitation unauthorized access through mobile or online accounts or disclosure of a member PIN.
- Each Member is responsible for selecting a username and password for his or her online Program account. Each Member must keep this information, as well as their security questions/answers, confidential and secure. Each Member is responsible for any activity and resulting damages due to the Member’s negligence or fault in protecting their account access information.
- A Member may accumulate points and accumulate/redeem points at any participating location. A list of participating properties is available at the Privileges Club counter.
- The rules, Program Terms, and limitations are subject to change at any time at Pala Casino’s sole discretion and may replace any previous versions of Pala Casino membership Program Terms. Continued use of the Program constitutes Member’s acceptance of these Program Terms. Please visit the Privilege’s Club and the Pala Casino website to learn more.
- In order to accumulate points, or complementaries at Pala Casino, the Member is responsible for inserting their card into an eligible slot machine or providing their card to a table games dealer prior to beginning their play. Properly inserted means the bezel around the card reader is a solid green indicating Member is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. The Member’s card will timeout and the bezel will turn a different color indicating an inactive status when Member’s play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly. Slot points will be officially earned only after a Member’s gaming session is complete. For slot play a gaming session is complete only after a Member’s card is removed.
- Pala Casino uses reasonable efforts to track a Member’s average bet and length of play; however, as a condition of receiving points for table games play, keno, race and bingo, or other non-slot games, Members agree that such points are granted based on the personal observations and judgment of Pala Casino employees. The determination of Pala Casino shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
- Pala Casino reserves the right to adjust slot points, complementaries or other benefits resulting from malfunction, operator error or fraud.
- No points will be earned on any free slot play coupons, free table play vouchers, promotional chips or free play downloaded to slot machines.
- Program benefits may include free slot play coupons, free table play vouchers, promotional chips or free play downloaded to slot machines which are non-cashable credits, that
- Cannot be converted into cash by Member;
- Specifically for free play downloaded to slot machines, are automatically wagered before any cashable credits are wagered.
- A Member may also receive points for qualified hospitality spend at participating outlets at Participating Properties. Points will not be awarded for tax, service charges, tips or comps. Tips added to large dining parties will be considered a service charge. Hospitality outlets include participating hotels, spas, food and beverage outlets, bars, nightclubs, and retail shops – see the Privileges Club for a complete list of qualified outlets. Credits will be awarded for whole dollars only. Any remaining cents will be truncated to the tenth and will then count towards the Member’s next point. Points awarded based upon hospitality are not used to determine eligibility for entries or prizes for promotions, tournaments or any other drawings, sweepstakes, contests, etc.
- It is the responsibility of the Member to provide their Program card to the hospitality outlet cashier at participating outlets prior to settling a hospitality purchase in order to receive points, if available.
- All point redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of Pala Casino.
- Pala Casino may, at its sole discretion, withdraw points from a Member’s account for redemption of complimentary items including but not limited too hotel charges, spas, food and beverage, off-site events, retail, gifts, RV stays, gas, concerts, tournament entries, special events, promotions, transportation and added play in the event of a no-show or misuse of the intended nature of the complimentary.
- If a Member purchases and subsequently returns merchandise, Pala Casino will deduct from the Member’s points the number of points awarded for the purchase of the subsequently returned merchandise.
- Members may also receive point bonuses based on their daily, monthly, quarterly or annual point earnings. Points earned are based on a single promotional day’s activity. Promotional days vary. Check with a Privileges Club for details.
- All point accumulations are subject to review and verification by Pala Casino.
- Pala Casino reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud, or other misuse of the Program card.
- Points have no cash value.
- Points may expire; expiration periods may vary by offer. If the Member does not obtain any points within any 90-day period, the entire point account balance may expire.
- Pala Casino may engage in various strategic relationships with other companies and Participating Properties, which may result in the Member being able to accumulate additional points due to the Member’s relationships with such companies and Participating Properties.
- Point balances are non-transferable, including upon death or divorce.
- Members agree to allow Pala Casino the unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotions/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or further consent.
- All decisions regarding the interpretation of Program rules, eligibility, point accumulation, etc. lie solely with Pala Casino whose decisions are final.
- Pala Casino reserves the right to modify or cancel this Program at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
- Pala Casino reserves the right to deny anyone application for membership or terminate anyone’s membership in the Program at any time at its sole discretion without recourse.
- If any Member fails to comply with the Program Terms or the rules of Participating Properties in any manner, including violations of these rules, misuse of the Program card, fraud, misrepresentation, improper conduct, violation of laws or any Member is or should be excluded from gaming at any participating property, Pala Casino at its sole discretion, may terminate your membership in the Program. In lieu of termination, Pala Casino may, at its sole discretion, deduct points from a Member’s account and/or demote the Member’s account status. In the event of a Member’s termination for any reason, the Member’s points shall immediately expire. Pala Casino shall have no obligation to award any compensation and there shall be no other recourse for the account termination or the expired points.
- Pala Casino may either terminate or suspend membership benefits of Members who have been issued credit and are in default in repayment of that credit, who have had a check cashed and returned for non-payment or are in any other way delinquent with respect to payments or indebtedness owed to Pala Casino. If the suspended Member becomes current on all payments owed to Pala Casino, Pala Casino may reinstate the Member’s membership benefits and points. The decision whether or not to reinstate membership benefits and/or points is at the sole discretion of Pala Casino.
- Individuals who are excluded from casino, racino, and off-track betting (OTB) facilities and online gambling products, through a government program, their own request, at the sole discretion of Pala Casino, or through any other means, are not eligible to participate in the Program.
- All communications with Pala Casino may be monitored for quality assurance purposes.
- Additional rules and information may be available upon request at the Privileges Club.
- If any provision of these rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable by law or regulation, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- By participating in the Program, Members consent to the collection and use of Member personal information in accordance with these rules and the Pala Casino privacy policy, as it may be updated from time to time.
- Non-Discrimination
- In Compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Pala Casino ensures that exercising your privacy rights under CCPA will not result in any form of discrimination. Specifically:
- Members will not be denied goods or services
- Members will not be charged different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or by imposing penalties.
- Members will not be provided with a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Members will not receive a suggestion that they may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
- Pala Casino remains committed to providing equal access to all members, ensuring that the exercise of your CCPA rights does not affect your Program membership status, points or benefits.
- In Compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Pala Casino ensures that exercising your privacy rights under CCPA will not result in any form of discrimination. Specifically:
- Non-Discrimination
- You may withdraw your consent for direct marketing communications regarding your Pala Casino account at any time by contacting us at guestservices@palacasino.com, by following the unsubscribe instructions in the marketing message, or by visiting the Privileges Club and updating your communication preferences.
- When you receive a commercial (promotional) electronic communication, we provide the choice to opt-out of receiving future messages by following the instructions provided in the message.

GUEST BEHAVIOR STANDARDS
Pala Casino Spa Resort is committed to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests and employees. If anyone interferes with your safety or enjoyment at our resort, please contact the nearest guest safety officer. Behavior we consider to be inappropriate and disrespectful is prohibited. This includes:
- Unruly behavior, threatening or obscene gestures, fighting or violence.
- Derogatory and threatening language including offensive remarks about race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy, or other legal protected classifications.
- Clothing deemed, at our discretion, to not conform to dress codes in restaurants, nightclubs, pools and elsewhere. Also, clothing deemed to be offensive or indecent is prohibited.
- Possession of a weapon without Pala Casino Spa Resort’s prior knowledge and consent.
- Stealing, damaging, or misusing any property.
- Possession or use of Cannabis or illegal drugs.
- Any other inappropriate conduct as determined by Pala Casino Spa Resorts.
Pala Casino Spa Resorts reserves the right to take all actions permitted by applicable law for violations of this policy.
PRIVACY POLICY

RESPONSIBLE GAMING
Promoting responsible gambling is a priority of Pala Casino Spa & Resort. Since our opening in 2001, we have been committed to creating awareness of potential risks associated with gambling for some individuals and resources to help those individuals. Responsible Gaming Exclusion
A patron can request to have all privileges, including check cashing, extension of credit, mail, comps, club benefits, and play privileges denied. A patron with a responsible gaming exclusion is excluded from all parts of a facility, including gaming areas, gaming floors, restaurants, hotels, pavilions, entertainment venues, and any other parts of a casino. The self-exclusion request is irrevocable during the first year.
